Your financial data stays with you

Bayron Harbor is designed around local ownership, offline use, and deliberate control.

Manage accounts, budgets, expenses, income, transfers, and reports from a focused Windows-first desktop app. Bayron Harbor does not require bank syncing or a cloud account for everyday use, so your routine financial records stay on your computer.

What stays local

Your everyday finance records live in the desktop workspace

Bayron Harbor is built for personal financial records that benefit from structure: accounts, balances, income, expenses, transfers, categories, budgets, currencies, and reports. The privacy model is intentionally simple: you work with these records locally instead of managing them through a cloud-first budgeting account.

  • accounts and balances
  • expense and income records
  • budgets and categories
  • dashboards and reports generated from local data

Not required

No forced bank sync, no cloud-first account, no always-on finance feed

Bayron Harbor does not require a bank connection to work. It is intended for users who would rather build and review their own records than grant a finance app continuous access to outside accounts.

  • connecting bank accounts
  • uploading a personal finance database to a hosted dashboard
  • sharing records with a family, team, or business workspace
  • using a mobile app as the primary capture tool
  • relying on automatic categorization as the main source of truth

Website data

Website and support data are separate from everyday app records

Visiting the website, sending support email, or requesting an Early Access key is separate from the local desktop finance workspace. These flows use only the data needed to reply, review feedback, and handle a key request by email.

The website does not use marketing pixels, remarketing tags, or analytics cookies. We may use Google Search Console to understand how the website appears in Google Search; this does not add tracking scripts or analytics cookies to the website.

Email-only

Support and key email

Contact intake and Early Access key requests use direct email through support@makbayron.com. Messages should include only the details needed to reply, review feedback, or process a key request.

  • sender email address
  • email subject
  • message content
  • short Early Access interest note, when requesting a key
  • mailbox metadata needed to receive and reply

Not active for Early Access

Future paid checkout

Bayron Harbor may move to a paid personal license model after public release. If paid checkout is enabled later, this page will name the selected provider and explain payment handling, retention, refunds, and support details before launch.

  • no payment form on the current Early Access website
  • no payment card details requested by support email
  • no checkout provider implied for current key requests
  • provider-specific privacy copy required before paid launch

Retention and deletion

Contact messages are for reply and follow-up

Support emails are used to reply, handle an Early Access key request, maintain a practical support history, or investigate spam and abuse. The support inbox is not intended to become a general customer profile database.

If you want a support email deleted, send a follow-up with enough context to identify the message. Support can then review whether the message is still needed for an open request, abuse prevention, or basic operational records.

Manual Early Access license email delivery may leave a copy in the sending mailbox, but the website does not create a separate customer account or website submission database. If paid checkout is enabled after public release, provider-specific privacy and retention details will be added before launch.

Local access

A private workspace should feel intentional

The product experience is deliberately quiet: open the desktop app, work with your own records, review what changed, and close it when you are done. Privacy comes from keeping the workflow local and understandable.

A focused local access step before entering the personal finance workspace.

Practical care

Local control also means deliberate care

Because Bayron Harbor is centered on a local desktop workflow, users should treat their finance workspace like any important personal file: keep the computer secure, store backups intentionally, and avoid sending sensitive financial records through support messages.

  • keep your Windows account and device protected
  • back up important finance files using a method you trust
  • do not include private financial data in support, feedback, or feature request messages
  • do not send financial records, databases, payment card details, full license keys, or sensitive screenshots through support email
  • ask for deletion if a support email no longer needs a reply or follow-up
